The following terms and conditions govern your purchase from Petal Avenue. Please read these provisions carefully before proceeding with your payment, as completing your order signifies your acceptance of all terms outlined.
For Delivery
We deliver daily between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM for orders placed and confirmed at least one day in advance. For same-day orders, delivery will occur 1-2 hours after successfully placing the order. The exact delivery time will depend on the most optimal route and schedule for the day.
Exception:
During peak seasons—specifically the week of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day—different policies apply. Deliveries may occur anytime between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times and do not accept time requests during these busy periods. We appreciate our clients’ cooperation and understanding, as logistics must be planned and coordinated with other customers’ orders. For a more specific delivery time during peak seasons, clients may choose to schedule a pickup from our physical store or arrange for their own private delivery at their preferred time. Thank you!
It is the sender’s responsibility to provide the complete delivery address (preferably with landmark) and to ensure that the recipient will be in the given address on the day of delivery. We also suggest that the sender provide an alternative contact number so that they can be notified in the event that any delivery problems occur.
If the delivery staff cannot drop off the products within 30 minutes due to delivery issues, and the sender is unresponsive to our attempts to communicate, we reserve the right to contact the recipient for clarification, even if the delivery is meant to be a surprise. If the recipient also does not respond after an additional 30-minute grace period, we will postpone the delivery to a later time and prioritize other deliveries for the day. Additionally, the client will be billed for any extra costs incurred for re-delivering the item.
When a third party is involved in the delivery—such as hospitals, schools, or offices—the signature of any authorized person accepting the delivery on behalf of the organization will be considered valid proof of delivery. While we strive to deliver at the requested time, there may be rare circumstances when this is not possible. In such cases, we will provide prior notice and either make alternative arrangements or issue a refund if necessary.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
For fully paid orders, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of the pick-up or delivery date; otherwise, your payment will be considered forfeited. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid. For any issues related to our products, kindly report it within two (2) hours upon receipt by sending us photos for proof, so we can investigate on the incident and decide the course of action to take. If proven to be a mishandling on our part, we either replace the product or credit a refund for future purchases.
Products
We ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of our products are correct at the time when information was given. We reserve the right to change the information when necessary.
If certain product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of similar kind and quality.
Photos are for reference only. Some products may not appear exactly as shown due to potential alterations from image editing and lighting. However, we will always strive to match the style and design as closely as possible to what is depicted in our posts.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery date due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, war, riots, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. If materials have already been purchased and prepared, no refunds will be issued, and delivery will be postponed until conditions are safer.
